How to use:

• Apply the defense lotion daily after shower. If you or your child are feeling unwell, apply 3 times a day till getting better.
• Apply the breathe easy rub on the chest and along the spine whenever necessary. 
• If there is a fever, you apply the cool off roll on on the forehead and the other parts of the body that are warm. Sponge regularly with a wet towel. You can apply whenever it is needed.
• If the children have stomach flu, you can apply with cool off roll on and junior tummy aid together.  Tummy aid can be used on any stomach discomfort.
